Bullit Software is a currently a self-funded corporation, providing services for, and building applications on, the Salesforce Platform.  We are actively investigating and developing new and exciting applications for mainstream business-to-business use; targeting small and medium business, technology firms, and start-ups.

Our main financing areas of interest:

Royalty / Revenue Sharing - having firms and angel investors take equity stake in new projects, applications, in return for share of revenues.

Equity - having firms and angel investors take a traditional equity stake in Bullit Software.

Debt/LOC - traditional debt financing solutions (not currently of interest).

Client Purchase Financing - having firms and angel investors provide "purchase financing" to our clients for the acquisition of our applications and services.

Client Investment Opportunities - as we work with a high volume of clients, many of them are seeking financing solutions.  We are willing to introduce these firms to potential interested investors.
